Our Story
Texas Infra-Red Radiant Co., Inc. was established in 1954 by James E. "Gene" Hale in Houston, Texas. We are a family owned and operated business with our customers always being our number one priority. The primary mission was to find practical applications for the newly emerging gas infrared industry. Infrared or "radiant" heating, was developed as a way to efficiently heat high-bay buildings.
Where We Are Now
Now, after 65 years of experience in heating all types of buildings, Texas Infra-Red continues to be a leader in gas radiant heat design and sales. Our company is now run by the founder's son Kent Hale and maintains a large inventory of heating equipment, accessories, and replacement parts in an all new warehouse. We are fully stocked with every brand that we carry, so you won’t have to wait!
